0%sugar but still sweet，you loose me

I ordered matcha with konjac pearls, but what always came was matcha without konjac pearls. Are you really konjac pearl?. If not dont put it on thr menu list so we not order it

I ordered green tea but what I got is Milk green tea. Such a mess on order and careless
