I requested for my sandwich to be toasted and came in cold. Not a pleasant experience to eat if the customer wanted their food warm.

They didn’t have what I wanted to eat and they just canceled the item and came just with one cookie!! why didn’t anyone call me and ask if I wanted to replace one item with something else?
