One free one, but when order received only one, no any advance information about the change

I use express service delivery, like 1$ charges. but it takes more than 30mn to reach me for just 650m distance from store. Too bad 👎👎👎

Why does the ice and coffee always separate during delivery? People don’t always have time to mix it again. We just want an easy, ready to drink coffee when we’re outside.
